Our Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 28 days of purchase, minus postage charges. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To initiate a return or exchange, please simply send an email to [email protected] containing your order number and reason for return. We will then reply within 1-2 business days to confirm the return details. You can also contact us for a return using any of the other methods on our Contact Us page.
Once the refund has been initiated, we will confirm the postal address for you to send your item/s to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the return has been received & completed on our side, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
